Where professional speaking becomes commercial opportunity

Consistent opportunity is the result of repeatable speaking systems.

We work with professionals, experts and aspiring speakers who want their speaking to create authority, demand, and paid opportunities. This is speaker training for people who take their expertise seriously and expect their communication to do real work in the world.

Raising the standard
of professional speaking

We are here to change how speaking is taught, valued, and practiced.

Too much of the industry focuses on performance, confidence, and inspiration, while ignoring what actually determines outcomes. Whether a speaker gets booked. Rebooked. Paid properly. Or forgotten.
Our work raises the standard of speaking education by treating speaking as a commercial capability. We develop speakers whose work holds up in real decision-making environments, long after the applause fades.

Why, When and What...

Why capable people stall in this industry

You’ve invested in training. You’ve refined your story. You’ve stepped onto stages and delivered. Yet the outcomes feel inconsistent. From the outside, it looks like progress. Inside, it feels unclear, unpredictable, and harder than it should be to turn speaking into real momentum.

We see this pattern every day. You receive strong feedback, but the bookings don’t follow. You’re visible, but not clearly positioned. You’re respected, yet still asked to speak “for exposure.” You know your capability exceeds your results, but the path forward feels fragmented. You feel close, but stuck circling the industry rather than breaking through it.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not behind. You’re missing structure.

The industry teaches speakers that if they’re confident enough, inspiring enough, or visible enough, opportunity will follow.

It doesn’t.

A strong talk without positioning, intent, and commercial structure creates admiration, then nothing to act on. Applause does not equal opportunity.

Speaking becomes reliable when it is designed to produce outcomes. When there is a clear point of view, a defined next step, and a role for the audience to play beyond the room.

Before working in professional speaking education, Jacqueline spent decades in senior executive and CEO roles where communication carried real consequences.

In those environments, speaking wasn’t expressive. It was functional, strategic, and accountable. Decisions, trust, and commercial outcomes depended on clarity.

When she entered the speaking industry, she saw capable professionals being taught how to perform, without being taught how to convert expertise into opportunity.

So she built what didn’t exist.

A disciplined, repeatable way to treat speaking as a professional and commercial practice.

What began as necessity is now a proven system. Thousands trained. Speakers booked, rebooked, and referred. Will you join them?

The framework behind commercial speaking

This work is grounded in one principle: Inspiration without installed capability does not create opportunity.

Speaking only works when it changes how people think, decide, and act, after the room clears. Our methodology integrates speaking craft with commercial readiness, so outcomes extend beyond the moment and into real opportunity.

Structure

Ideas shaped so complex expertise becomes clear, repeatable, and trusted.

Application

Live testing, feedback, and real-world use, not theory, scripts or rehearsal loops.

Positioning

Authority that pre-qualifies you before you speak, so the right rooms and right conversations follow.

Leverage

Every stage creates momentum, follow-up, and future opportunity.

When speaking starts to compound

This work creates outcomes that hold up beyond the room.

Since formalising this methodology in 2016 and scaling programs again from 2022, we have worked with thousands of professionals across 11 countries, supporting them to translate expertise into paid speaking, repeat bookings, and commercially viable platforms.

Built by someone who’s done the work

Jacqueline Brooker CSP

I’m a Certified Speaking Professional, an educator, and a practitioner who continues to test, refine, and apply this work in live environments where outcomes matter. I do not teach speaking as performance. I teach it as a professional capability with commercial consequences.

Before working in professional speaking education, I spent almost two decades in senior executive and CEO roles across professional services, mining services, and infrastructure. In those environments, communication was not expressive or motivational. It was functional, strategic, and accountable. Decisions, trust, and commercial outcomes depended on clarity. When communication failed, the cost was real.

Our Team

Katreena Menerey
Executive Assistant

Supports the team and community with precision and care, managing operations, communications, and client experience to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Roxanne Baldwin
Head of Programs

Leads program delivery and member experience, overseeing training, events, and implementation to ensure clients receive practical support, structure, and measurable momentum.

Leoni Heaslip
Sales Executive

Guides prospective clients through their next step with clarity and confidence, helping business owners choose the right program to grow through strategic speaking.

The pattern is consistent.

When speaking is treated as a professional capability and a commercial practice, confidence becomes a byproduct.

Visibility becomes leverage. And opportunity becomes repeatable. Speaking stops being something people hope will work. It becomes something that does.

If you want your speaking to lead somewhere. If you’re ready for authority, momentum, and paid opportunity to follow. If you want a system, not hope.
This is the work.

More about Jacqueline Brooker

That background shapes everything we do here.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve designed and delivered communication education for leaders, experts, sales teams, founders, and professional speakers in environments where persuasion, judgement, and credibility are tested under pressure. This includes corporate, government-adjacent, startup, elite sport, and professional speaking contexts, both in Australia and internationally.

I’ve also lost my voice three times. That experience fundamentally changed how I understand authority, restraint, and the responsibility that comes with being heard. It reinforced for me that speaking is not about volume or personality, it’s about precision, intent, and trust.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of:

  • Professional speaking craft
  • Adult learning and facilitation
  • Linguistics, influence, and persuasion
  • Commercial application of expertise

I am known for clarity, rigour, and for holding people to a professional standard they are capable of meeting, even when they are not yet sure they are ready.

Across every phase of my career, the through-line has been consistent: designing education that helps people think clearly, communicate with authority, and apply their expertise in ways that hold up beyond the room.

I care deeply about people being heard. About raising standards. About building speakers who are trusted, remembered, and paid because their work is useful, disciplined, and commercially sound.

That is the work we do here.
